Upcoming closure on 23 Highway

Caltrans will close Olsen Road at the 23 Freeway nightly from Sun., Jan. 14 through Fri., Jan. 19. The closure will enable workers to remove wooden bridge supports used during construction. Some noise can be expected.

Signed detours will be posted to assist motorists. Closures are always based on weather permitting and are subject to change.

Security Paving is the contractor on this $65 million project, which will add a new lane in each direction from the 101 Freeway to Los Angeles Avenue in Moorpark. Estimated completion date is summer 2010.
