Eatery to celebrate third anniversary

Maverick's Restaurant and Bar in Simi Valley is now starting its third year of business with Geoff and Steve Reder as owners.

Seafood selections have just increased. The restaurant now serves seared ahi tuna, oysters, crab cakes, jumbo scallops, Alaskan king crab legs and more. More steaks, seafood and salads will be added in the future.

All food is prepared fresh daily and served in large portions. Prices begin at $8.99. The menu includes steaks, seafood, tri-tip, ribs, chicken, sandwiches, Mexican, Chinese and Italian.

Maverick's has a full bar, six beers on draft and is also expanding its wine selections.

Catering is also available for any location for any number of persons. The staff can also take care of party planning needs from the food and location to the chairs, tables, linens, entertainment and more.

Maverick's is family owned and operated and is involved in the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, Police Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, Community Foundation, local high schools and more.
