Committee appointments open

The Moorpark City Council requests interested persons submit an application for consideration for appointment to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District Advisory Committee.

This committee is an appointed body that reviews proposed rules

from the Air Pollution Control District's staff prior to a public hearing on the proposed rules.

The committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. at the committee's offices in Ventura. Applications may be obtained

at City Hall, 799 Moorpark Ave. and on the city's Internet home page at www.ci.moorpark.ca.us.

Applications may only be submitted to the city clerk at City Hall and must be received no later than Mon., Jan. 29 at 5 p.m. Postmarks will not be accepted.
