Advisory committee seeks applicants

The Moorpark City Council is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District Advisory Committee.

The committee is an appointed body that reviews proposed rules from the Air Pollution Control District's staff before the Air Pollution Control Board's public hearing on the proposed rules.

The committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. at the APCD offices in Ventura.

Applications may be obtained at city hall or online at www.ci.moorpark.ci.us.

Completed forms must be received by the city clerk no later than 5 p.m. Mon., Sept. 10.
