Michael Lerch, who operates a Kirby Distributorship in Moorpark, was recently recognized by Kirby World Headquarters for reaching business goals.

The recognition is part of the Challenge of Champions "Walk of Fame" Campaign, a yearlong promotion in which distributors can win prizes and trips for outstanding performance.

The Kirby Company of Cleveland, Ohio, has been manufacturing American-made home care systems for 92 years.
