Local dance students cheer for a movie

DANCE TO THE MUSIC- Students from Pam Rossi's Dance Ten perform to the tunes of singer-songwriter G. in a scene from the upcoming movie "Down and Distance" starring Lil' Romeo and Brian Bosworth under the direction of Brian De Palma. The moves were choreographed by studio owner Pam Rossi, assisted by Chris Recupito and Maddison Burg. In the film, Burg, Alyssa Peters, Michelle Peters, Jessica Meck, Ashley Whitelaw, Hannah Mayhew, Riley Friedl, Natalie Leibert, Emily Leibert, Kelsie Roche, Taylor Valenza, Hannah Deverich, Jasmine Agredano and Hanna Yorke act as the Black Knight cheerleaders, a rival team against the Thousand Oaks Titans. Left, Hannah Yasenchok, 5, also a student at the dance studio, was cast as the Titans mascot.
