Michael Lerch, who operates a Kirby distributorship in Moorpark, recently won a trip to South Beach in Miami, Fla., as part of the Kirby Company's Challenge of Champions "Your Road Map to Success" Campaign, a yearlong promotion in which distributors can win prizes for reaching their business goals.

Lerch had previously won a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyo.
