Knights appreciate contributions

On behalf of the Moorpark Knights of Columbus Council 9969, we'd like to thank the citizens of Moorpark and the management of Vons, Ralphs and Albertsons for generously donating their food, canned goods and donations to stock the Moorpark Food Pantry.

Our annual food drive took place on Nov. 18 and 19, and your donations help supply food for the needy here in Moorpark. These donations allowed over 200 families to have Thanksgiving dinner and help stock the pantry shelves for the next few weeks.

We would further like to thank all those who donated their time in the collection of the food, canned goods and turkeys to help the less fortunate in our community.
