Find a tree, have fun at Underwood Farms

Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark presents several holiday activities this month.

The Farm Center and Farm Market will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting, on weekends only through Dec. 17. Admission to the Farm Center is $3 and children under 2 are free.

Additional activities include the moon bounce, pony rides, mini tractor, awardwinning animal show, train rides and the Trike Trail.

Take a vintage tractor-drawn wagon ride with Santa around the farm from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 9 and 10. The cost is $4.

Select a tree from a wide variety of fresh-cut Noble, Grand,

Fraser, Nordman and Douglas Fir Silver Tip trees. All trees stand in water. Delivery/flame retardant is available as well as many tree and Christmas accessories including stands, wreaths, mistletoe, garlands, poinsettias and other home decor.

Christmas trees will be available seven days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. through Dec. 18.

The entire farm will close on Dec. 18 and will reopen for the season on March 1.
