Thanksgiving holiday moves up Acorn deadlines

Thanksgiving, Thurs., Nov. 23, will affect deadlines at the Acorn Newspapers for the issues of Nov. 24 and Dec. 1.

Editorial items, including letters to the editor, for the Thanksgiving issue must be received by noon Fri., Nov. 17.

Press releases and letters for the Dec. 1 issue must be received by noon Wed., Nov. 22.

Deadlines for real estate advertising are also moved forward. Ads for the Thanksgiving issue must be reserved by noon Thurs., Nov. 16.

Real estate advertising for the Dec. 1 issue must be reserved by noon Wed., Nov. 22.

The display advertising deadline for the Thanksgiving issue is noon Fri., Nov. 17.

The Acorn offices will be closed Thanksgiving weekend from Thurs., Nov. 23 through Sun., Nov. 26 and reopen on Mon., Nov. 27.
