Grace Bible Church of Moorpark will host its 23rd an- nual Halloween Carnival on Tues., Oct. 31 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Peach Hill Park in Moorpark.

The program is offered to children as a safe alternative to trick-or-treating.

The event will feature car- nival games, music, face painting, music, candy and a Jolly Jump for free. Pizza and drinks will be sold.
