Michael Lerch, who operates a Kirby Distributorship in Moorpark, was recently recognized by Kirby World Headquarters for reaching business goals.

The recognition is part of the Challenge of Champions "Your Road Map to Success" Campaign, a year-long promotion in which distributors can win prizes and trips for outstanding performance.
