Qualified applicants may sign up for the new Electricity/Gas Bill Payment Program which pays one month’s bill with the Southern California Gas Company and Edison Company (electricity) for up to $150 each. The program begins Jan. 16 and ends March 31, or when allocated funds have been spent.

There is no age requirement, but applicants must be within certain income limits. To sign up, applicants will need proof of current income from all sources and an unpaid electric or gas bill— no propane.
