The American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Moorpark Chapter has selected Debi Aquino, owner of Black Star Graphics in Moorpark, as the club’s Woman of the Year. Aquino was honored at the annual installation banquet on Sept. 12.

Aquino was recognized for her contributions to the community and chapter, including president, vice president and numerous committee appointments since her charter membership in 2001.

Aquino studied graphic design and visual communication at UC Santa Barbara. She is an instructor at Simi Valley Career Institute and an Adobe certified expert.
