Commencement services were held at Linfield College in McMinnville, Ore. on May 30. Among those graduating were the following local residents.

Westlake Village: Alexis Clement earned a B.A. in theatre arts.

Thousand Oaks: Arabella Rammon earned a B.A. in finance.

Simi Valley: Michelle Heater earned a B.Sc. in nursing.

Faculty members at UC Santa Barbara recently inducted 89 high-achieving seniors into the UCSB chapter of Phi Beta Kappa, the nation’s oldest honorary academic society.

Among the honorees were David Martin from Newbury Park and Molly Davis from Simi Valley.
