Cody—1-year-old female DMH white and black. This very nice girl was signed in by her owners because they didn’t want to pay a pet deposit on their apartment. Cody, Nugget and other orphaned pets are ready to be adopted from the Camarillo Animal Shelter, 600 Aviation Drive at the Camarillo Airport. The adoption fee of $100 includes license, a microchip that is a permanent form of ID, a free exam at the vet of your choice, DHO=LPP vaccination and neutering or spaying. Shelter hours are Monday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, 3-7 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. For more information, call (805) 388-4341.
