Local Girl Scouts honored

GIRLS RULE-Madelyn Stoltze from Troop 526 reads her troop's accomplishments. She and the rest of the Girl Scouts won the Silver Award by volunteering their time and efforts to raise money for the RAIN Project in Camarillo, which helps needy families get back on their feet. The awards ceremony was conducted at Mountain Meadows School in Moorpark.
